For two weeks in October 2022, I served as an editor, fact-checker, reporter, and writer for The Hockey News, North America's biggest and most well-recognized hockey magazine.
I edited several pieces for syntax, grammar, spelling, and style in addition to ensuring everything is written according to CP style and fact-checking all statistics, numbers, and dates to ensure the utmost accuracy of each piece.
I also pitched multiple story ideas and got the chance to turn one of my pitches into a well-researched and well-written commentary piece.
